About Inspector Gingles

My name is Alex Gingles and I am honored to be your home inspector.  I have been performing inspections full time since 2013 and am a Certified Master Inspector. I love being an inspector because I am able to help others pursue their dream of owning a home.  The main purpose of a home inspector is to help the home buyer better understand the systems of their home, discover defects in the home, and educate & direct the buyer towards their next steps in resolving the defects.  When my wife and I purchased our first home, our inspector did not live up to his purpose.  This experience is the beginning of what led me into a career of inspecting homes.

I share this adventure with my wife, and three kids – Nikki, Ren, Lorelei, & Layla.  We serve our local church and put our faith in Jesus Christ.  We recently moved from the Kansas City metro to the Branson area.  We love camping, hiking, adventuring, overlanding, and the mountains.  Thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve you and your family.
