A home inspection is not a product – It’s A Professional Service!  Just like you, I am a price shopper.  When it comes to purchasing product X, I want to buy product X for the lowest price possible.  Unfortunately, home inspectors are not all created equal.  Beware of the bargain home inspector or the price matcher – They Are Incompetent!

Any additional structure not considered the primary garage.

Extended Distance           $25
For inspections located in our extended coverage area.

Large Homes          $10
For every 100 sq. ft. over 3000 sq. ft. (based on MLS Data).

Base pricing for a complete multi-family dwelling inspection.*

Additional units           $125/ea
Complete inspection of each additional unit in the structure.*

* Multi-family pricing is good for units up to 1250 sq. ft.

Termite Inspection      $75
As a stand alone service when a home inspection is not scheduled.

Radon Measurement           $120
As a stand alone service when a home inspection is not scheduled

Thermal Imaging           $300/hr
A thermal imaging camera can provide useful information to diagnose issues within the home.

When you choose us again after your previous contract.  Inspection fee must be of same price or greater than previous inspection***

Our Competition Charges Extra For...
